Description
The holidays stretch everyone thin. In this small-group evening, you'll learn and practice quick, science-based resets for your body and brain, then build a simple calm plan for the weeks ahead. Just 16 seats, so it's easy to talk and be heard.
Every Village Event opens with a 10-minute practice moment for your brain. Tonight's skill is emotional regulation. It's practice, never therapy.
Nothing to bring. A notebook is optional. Upstairs, stairs only.
