COVID-19 seems to be the disease that is bringing awareness to the importance of sanitization of homes, vehicles, and commercial properties.
The truth is, COVID-19 is easier to kill than some of the other threats we deal with on-a-daily-basis, such as Influenza, Norovirus, C. diff, Mold Spores, Bacteria, Parvo, certain Allergens, etc.
The Vapor Cleanse system that we use has been around for several years-WAY before the (COVID-19) CoronaVirus threat. We have been disinfecting homes, vehicles and businesses as a prevention measure against mold, germs, bacteria, and viruses for a few years now.
With our system, we can eliminate most of these concerns in a short amount of time by breaking their chain of infections, at a very reasonable price, and in just about any structure. Our products are extremely effective, safe, EPA-approved, and leave no toxic residue. (We can verify this process using accepted industry-standard testing).
We have decided as a local Company to discount our disinfecting fee by 40%, starting April 6th, 2020. We are NOT giving our clients less QUALITY work due to our discount; we just want to do our part to help control this virus in our community.
Clients may choose 1 of 2 options:
*Option 1. $0.30-$0.53/ft2 Vapor Cleanse Liquid Solution (Wipe/Mist/Fog) – We start with a wipe down of all touchpoints in the area (Doorknobs, light switches, etc.) using a safe, EPA-approved, botanical antimicrobial solution to sanitize the entire enclosed space. Our solution has residual capabilities that last several days depending on the amount of indoor traffic, meaning the product will not only treat existing threats, it will also provide some continuous protective effects. The average home will take 1 to 3 hours to complete, depending on size. Although not required, it is recommended that all people & pets be removed for treatment but may return 15-20 minutes upon completion of the whole house treatment. This method does not harm personal belongings and leaves no toxic residue. This method is also extremely effective against bacteria, viruses, germs, allergens, and spores. (*minimum charges apply)
*Option 2. $0.90/ft2 -Vapor Cleanse whole house fumigation shock treatment - We use a vapor system that slowly fills up the volume of the entire home within about an hour, sanitizing every nook and cranny. This allows permeation of all areas of the home (including ductwork), eliminating bacteria, viruses, germs, allergens, and spores down to the nanometer, as well as oxidation of any unwanted odors. With this 10-14hour treatment option, no people, pets, or plants are allowed re-entry until complete, (usually about 1 hour). This method is the most thorough, does not harm personal belongings, and leaves no toxic residue. This option also includes everything in Vapor Cleanse Option 1. (Some restrictions may apply to the process of this option - To Be Determined during our no-cost inspection/evaluation of your property.) (*minimum charges apply)
